PNB Partners with EaseMyTrip for PNB EMT Credit Card

Punjab National Bank (PNB), one of the leading public sector banks in India, has partnered with EaseMyTrip, one of the largest online travel portals in India, to launch a co-branded travel credit card that targets mass to premium customer segments. The PNB EMT Credit Card promises to offer a variety of rewards and benefits for the Indian travellers who book their flights, hotels, buses and holiday packages through EaseMyTrip.

The PNB EMT Credit Card is a unique product that combines the features of a credit card and a travel wallet. It allows the cardholders to make contactless payments at over 1.5 million merchants across 100 countries. It also comes with a welcome gift voucher worth ₹3,000 and 300+ reward points on activation, which can be redeemed for various products and services on EaseMyTrip.

The cardholders can avail cashback up to 4 transactions per card in a month in categories including flights, hotels, and holiday packages. The cashback amount ranges from ₹250 to ₹1,000 depending on the transaction value. They can also enjoy flat discounts on domestic and international flights and hotels, as well as on bus bookings. The discounts are applicable on bookings made through EaseMyTrip website or app using the PNB EMT Credit Card. The discounts are as follows:

  • Flat 10% discount on domestic flights (or up to ₹1,000) and Rs. 5000 on international flights.
  • Flat 20% discount on domestic hotels (or up to ₹5,000) and ₹10,000 on international hotels.
  • Flat ₹125 off on bus bookings on a minimum order value of ₹500.

Moreover, the cardholders can access select domestic and international airport lounges for free twice per quarter and twice per year respectively. The domestic lounges are available in 17 cities across India, while the international lounges are available in 300 cities worldwide. The card also provides insurance coverage up to ₹2 lakh for accidental death and personal total disability of the primary cardholder. Additionally, the cardholders can save on fuel surcharge by getting a waiver of 1% on transactions of amounts greater than ₹500 and less than ₹4,000. The annual membership fee of ₹2,000 can also be waived off if the cardholder achieves an annual spend milestone of ₹1 lakh in the preceding year.

To get the PNB EMT Credit Card, customers can log in to pnbindia.in or use the PNB ONE App or easemytrip.com. The application process is simple and hassle-free. The customers need to fill in their personal and professional details, upload their KYC documents and submit their application online. The credit card will be delivered to their address within 15 working days. The PNB EMT Credit Card is a great option for travellers who want to enjoy exclusive benefits and discounts on their travel bookings through EaseMyTrip.
