The startup was founded in 2018 by Anil Agarwal and is headquartered in Bengaluru. It has expanded its operations to the United States and attracted 87 new clients in the past year. Additionally, Incruiter recently secured funding of ₹ 1.1 crore from GetVantage.

Incruiter aims to achieve a revenue target of $10 million by the end of 2024. The startup offers various AI-powered features such as screening questions, proctoring AI solutions, and quick summary AI features that can facilitate better candidate analysis.

The startup uses natural language processing (NLP) algorithms to analyze job descriptions and resumes to match candidates with suitable roles. It also uses Open AI’s Chat GPT to generate relevant screening questions based on the job description. Furthermore, it uses proctoring AI solutions to monitor candidates during the video interview and detect any cheating or fraud attempts.

Incruiter is one of the leading players in the interview-as-a-service market, which is expected to grow at a CAGR of 20% by 2025. The startup is transforming the hiring landscape by utilizing AI technology and chat GPT to optimize hiring processes and source the best talent for their clients.
