This strategic collaboration aims to aggregate employment opportunities for Divyangjans through the innovative PM-DAKSH-DEPWD digital portal.

This MoU marks a pivotal step in expanding the Department’s outreach, fostering connections with HR professionals nationwide. The objective is to amplify efforts in facilitating meaningful employment opportunities for Divyangjans, fostering a more inclusive and diverse workforce, according to the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment.

The PM-DAKSH-DEPWD digital portal is a one-stop platform that connects Divyangjans with potential employers, provides skill development and career guidance, and offers financial assistance and incentives. The portal also showcases success stories of Divyangjans who have overcome challenges and achieved their goals.

The DEPWD and the NHRDN hope that this partnership will inspire more organisations and individuals to join hands in empowering Divyangjans and creating a more accessible and equitable society.
