HSBC Premier Introduces New Service at Mumbai Airport

HSBC Premier, the premium banking service from HSBC, has launched a new service for its customers at the Mumbai airport. The service offers six complimentary airport assist services (four domestic and two international) till June 30, 2024. The service aims to provide a hassle-free travel experience for HSBC Premier customers at Terminal 2 of Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.

What is the airport assist service?

The airport assist service is a special benefit for HSBC Premier customers who travel through the Mumbai airport. It includes the following features:

  • Baggage assistance: Customers will receive help with their luggage from the drop-off zone until security and immigration check.
  • Escort to the lounge: Customers will be escorted to the lounge of their choice and enjoy complimentary access.
  • Buggy service: Customers will be offered a buggy (subject to availability) and escorted to the departure gate or the baggage claim area.
  • Placard service: Customers will be received in the terminal with a placard bearing their name and escorted to the parking area or the lounge.
  • Parking assistance: Customers will receive help with loading their baggage into their vehicle and finding a parking spot.
  • Booking service: Customers can book the airport assist service by contacting the global concierge desk at 1800 210 0291 (Toll Free) or 022 42320291 and select Option 2 on the IVR. It is advisable to book for the service at least 24 hours prior for domestic flights and 48 hours for international flights.
